City boy Ren thinks life is bad enough when he's forced to move to a rural backwater in America. But his world comes to a standstill when he arrives at Bomont to find dancing and rock music are banned. Taking matters into his own hands, soon Ren has all hell breaking loose and the whole town on its feet.
Based on the 1980s screen sensation which took the world by storm, Footloose sizzles with spirit, fun and the best in UK musical talent. With cutting edge modern choreography, you'll enjoy classic 80s hits like never before including Holding Out for a Hero, Almost Paradise, Let's Hear It For The Boy and of course the unforgettable title track Footloose.
Produced by the award-winning team at Selladoor Productions - producers of Avenue Q, American Idiot and Little Shop of Horrors.

I am afraid that I thought this production was pretty poor. Singing was OK especially the harmonies of the 3 girls and Ariel but the rest was average. The dancing was disappointing. It felt like the energy and best performance was left for the encore routine. I think the casting was off, the character of Willard needed to be played by someone more macho (much as I love Gareth Gates) he was not right for this role. The Rev was not mean or scary enough and Cranston (is he the baddie?) he was not agressive enough and his dance choreography was pretty basic. I did enjoy the characters all playing musical instruments and taking turn on the piano. All in all felt a bit amateurish, sorry.
Absolut amazing show! Great songs, great atmosphere, at the end the whole audience danced!
I really enjoyed the Show. Great singing and dancing with a very good cast.
Absolutely fantastic! Faultless, the cast are amazing and super talented, one of the best shows we've seen loved it!
One of the best Musicals I've ever seen! Thank you for this amazing performance! Great job to all the performers and musicians. I loved it! If I could I would watch the show every day. Also I really would appreciate a CD with all the songs. Keep it up!
This was a mixed bag. We knew the story and enjoyed the performances of the actors -particularly when they were performing the songs we all know and love. We're some flat moments with original songs for the stages how that didn't really hit the mark. Would I go again? No. Would I recommend to others? Yes if you were looking for a more economical ticket price.
Funny. Gripping. Great music with the cast all playing their own instruments. Hugely enjoyable. Had me dancing in the aisles
The show was excellent. It's a shame I was charged so much simply to move the tickets by one day well in advance of the show night.
Amazing performers and show. Toilets a bit old and spoilt the ambience, definitely come back though!
Absolutely amazing! A great feel-good show; lots of strong performances and some great abs.
Good night out , Gareth Gates was brilliant .

REVIEW: Footloose
Okay, so this probably paints me as an uncultured swine but I’ve never seen the ‘Footloose’ movie … just had to admit that upfront. This may look bad on me, but it made watching ‘Footloose – The Musical’ possibly an even better experience for me. I had no preconceptions except for my love for the awesome song that is ‘Footloose’ by Kenny Loggins. Now, if unlike me, you have seen the movie, and love it (of course), then seeing the musical will surely only increase your love.
